The data below are available in .zip format for quicker, easier download. The zip files either contain files for a shapefile or an image mosaic. The shapefile zip files contain the following files a .dbf, .sbn, .sbx, .shp, .shx, .prj, and metadata in two file formats (.txt and .html). The image mosaic zip files contain the following files: .img and metadata in two file formats (.txt and .html).

Note: The shapefiles and image mosaics contained on this CD-ROM are projected into the Universal Transverse Mercator System (UTM Zone 55N for the islands of Guam and CNMI and HARN UTM Zone 2S for the islands of American Samoa, NAD83, meters). As a result, to overlay these files in ArcView®, the user needs to set the Coordinate System in the Data Frame Properties dialog box to NAD 1983 UTM Zone 55N or NAD 1983 HARN UTM Zone 2S.
